THE SHIELD INSPECTION TOUR

During each security tour, we will:

Inspect the perimeter fences/walls, any doors/gates around the perimeter fences and/or walls that could be involved in a security breach, vandalism, sabotage, or employee tampering. We will also check fire extinguishers and exit lights if the client prefers.
Look for general suspicious activity or any safety concerns around the property’s fence line.
Change out padlocks that need replacement due to being broken, rusted, or damaged by human or natural means, with the client’s permission. The first padlock will be FREE OF CHARGE each visit. Additional padlocks on the same property will be a $5.00 charge.
Provide suggestions in which the property could be made safer.

KNIGHTS DAWN STATIC/STATIONARY SECURITY

During each security patrol, we will:

Have uniformed officers make foot patrols around the client’s property, checking doors, gates, locks, boilers, and more.
Monitor cameras and check people in/out of the business.
Be a general security presence to deter suspicious or unsafe actions.
Check anything else on site per the client’s needs.

Additional Details:

Only foot patrol unless a vehicle is required due to client’s needs or a large property.

Discounts:

$0.50 off an hour for 7 days a week and 8 hours a day on a 1 year or longer contract.
$0.25 off an hour for 6 days a week and 6 hours a day.

DAWN GOLD PATROL

During each security patrol, we will:

Have dedicated on-site vehicle patrol presence.
Check all exterior doors at frequent intervals.
Patrol on foot to check gates, locks of vehicles, personnel entryways/exits, vandalism, suspicious activity, and general safety concerns.

Additional Details:

Includes a Shield Inspection Tour every month. Additional padlock changes will be at a discount of a $3.00 charge per padlock.
Includes 24 hour on-call response: First 30 minutes free. $5.00 extra an hour after the first 30 minutes. (OPTIONAL: Emergency response priority is available for $15 for each call.)

Discounts:

$0.50/hr discount for 7 days a week patrols.
$0.25/hr discount for 6 days a week patrols.
Additional discount for being contracted with us for a year or more.

Charity:

SPECIAL SECURITY REQUESTS

Available for anyone. Contract or package not required.

During each security request, we will:

Negotiate a price dependent on the security needs, with a sincere effort to keep it cost efficient for the client.
Communicate compromises for an exceptionally challenging request or anything initially beyond our typical means.
Remain flexible. As a few examples, we can accommodate providing our services for only one night, stand guard with workmen during a remodel, remain on-site during a power outage, surveillance, and much, much more. The client must simply state their request and we’ll discuss the plausibility.

THE KNIGHTS SHIELD PATROL SWEEP

Recommended for any business, especially those that hope to reduce trespassing.

During each security sweep, we will:

Check gates/locks, test doors, visually check windows, and check for vandalism, suspicious activity, safety concerns, loitering, trespassing.
Have dedicated vehicle patrol presence of the property with green and amber strobes to be easily seen at night.

Additional Details:

We will price match any security company on this package.

Discounts:

Discounts Available on each sweep for 3 or more patrol sweeps a night and 6 days a week.
More Discounts Available on each sweep for 4 or more patrol sweeps a night and 7 days a week.

Allow the client to place a business name/logo sticker or magnetic sign upon our patrol vehicles, which will allow us to advertise your business while we drive around the city to be seen by thousands every day. (Stickers or magnets must be a maximum of 8 inches by 8 inches.)

Additional Details:

1 year or longer contract with a patrol minimum of 5 days a week and a minimum of 6 hours a day.

VISION AD PATROL

For this offering, we will:

Allow the client to place a business name/logo sticker or magnetic sign upon our patrol vehicles. This advertisement will travel daily in the Oklahoma City Metro and seen by hundreds to thousands.

Additional Details:

1 year or longer contract required.
The maximum ad size must be 6 inches by 6 inches.
The prime advertising area on our patrol vehicles is very limited, so get your spot now.

CHAIN BUSINESS PATROL

Recommended for businesses with multiple locations.

For this offering, we will:

Consistently offer security coverage across every store location without the cost of full-time, on-site security guards.
Have uniformed guards perform randomized mobile patrols in clearly marked vehicles.
Check in on the welfare of employees on-site to confirm normal operations or identify concerns.
Focus on checking exterior security, loitering deterrence, trespassing prevention, after-hours security, storefront and fuel area visibility, lighting inspections, and general perimeter protection.
Document incidents across all locations.

This service is ideal for multi-location retail chains, convenience stores, fuel stations, and franchise operations (including car dealerships) that seek professional mobile security patrol coverage throughout the Oklahoma City metro (OKC, Edmond, Norman, Moore, Midwest City, Del City)

LARGE & EXTRA-LARGE PROPERTY PATROL

We do have coverage for large and extra large properties. Please note that, prior to service being conducted and due to the increased level of dedication they require, these properties will need to be assessed to determine the scope, how to best accommodate your property, and the resulting price. Please note that a 15% to 20% price increase will be added onto the price of the service you chose.

Contract-Determined Discounts:

Depending on the length of the contract and how often we work per day/week, a discount will be offered, per the below standards:

10% price increase onto the initial price of the chosen service: 1 year contract at 7 days a week and 8 hours a day.
12% price increase onto the initial price of the chosen service: 1 year contract at 6 days a week and 8 hours a day.
13% price increase onto the initial price of the chosen service: 1 year contract at 5 days a week and 8 hours a day.

24-HOUR EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES

Knights Dawn Security Patrol does provide 24-hour emergency response services for any security concern that requires our immediate presence, even outside of our scheduled patrols or standard service hours. We will professionally handle any active incident (such as unauthorized access, trespassing, an alarm activation, general suspicious activity, property damage, or other client-reported threats to security) per the client’s policies and directives.

During each emergency response, we will:

Immediately dispatch to the client’s property and address the threat upon it (e.g., removing trespassers).
Assess potential security improvements while on scene.
Coordinate with property representatives or emergency services if needed.
Document and report the incident.

Additional Details:

This service is available to active clients and may be provided on a per-incident basis or as part of the contract service agreement.
Emergency response availability is subject to officer availability, location, and safety considerations.
These services do not replace law enforcement or fire/medical services. They are strictly security-focused.
Emergency response pricing may differ from standard pricing. The rate will be communicated at the time of the request.
All emergency responses require authorization from the client.

Do you offer Security Guard Services and Security Patrol Services in Oklahoma City and all of the Metro areas?

Yes we do, we cover Oklahoma City, Moore, Norman, Edmond, Midwest City and Del City.

Do you use body cams and other equipment?

Yes, we utilize Body Cams, Dash Cams and Guard Token Tour Systems (if requested) these are used for accountability and liability protection for our company and our clients, we also utilize radios (if more than 1 guard on a site).

On our Marked Patrol Vehicles we use Green and Amber strobes on the roof and can use the strobes in the windshield as well or none depending on clients request and our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking as well.

Do you offer price matching? Can I negotiate the price?

Yes, we offer price matching and are willing to negotiate. We understand that each business has individual needs, so we’ll accommodate these needs wherever possible. Just reach out and we’ll discuss what we can do.

Do you offer loss prevention services?

Yes, we offer loss prevention and are experienced with it. We can guarantee that we will lower the shoplifting in your store.

Are you available overnight or during holidays?

Yes. We know that suspicious activity can happen no matter when, so our security patrol can be called upon any time, any day.

Are your uniformed guards armed or unarmed?

We offer unarmed security services only.

Can you help us with non-security-related tasks?

We apologize, but our guards are only available for security services. To ensure great service for our clients and a positive quality of life for our employees, we avoid overwhelming our guards with additional matters that aren’t in their job description.
